I must admit I am super excited about the imminent release of Snake Typhoon! As previously mentioned, it’s under my pseudonym Billie Jones, purely to keep my two styles/genres separate.

I wrote this story as a dare and because I really like a challenge when it comes to trying different genres. It somehow morphed into a parody/spoof of movies like Shark-Nado and Flying High (If anyone remembers that movie!) To date, it’s one of my most favourite pieces of writing. It was one of those stories that just flowed from the get-go, and as zany as it is, still makes me laugh every time I read it. But I do have a major problem with laughing at my own jokes…

I’m really interested to see how this one goes and if there’s a market for this style of writing because it’s just so damn fun to write!
